简介：萨伊德-贝尔格拉是1998年世界杯决赛法国对阵巴西的主裁判，他是第一位执法世界杯决赛的非洲裁判。
1993年，贝尔格拉成为了一名国际级裁判，在1997年法国四国赛上执法了法国和英格兰的比赛。同时，他也在1996年和1998年的非洲杯上各执法了两场比赛。
在1998年世界杯的比赛中，除了决赛，他还执法了两场小组赛，包括德国vs美国，阿根廷vs克罗地亚。
2002年6月15日，经过了长时间与癌症的抗争，他最终还是去世了，他被安葬在他出生的地方——摩洛哥的提夫莱特(Tiflet)
